The recent leaks of TLOU2 has seen many YouTube channels receiving strikes against their channels even though many of the YouTube creators claimed that their content fell under fair use.

Sony has allegedly been using YouTube's DMCA aka copyright strike feature to great effect to exercise its power to silence dissent from various YouTube content creators. Sony allegedly used Muso TNT LTD to do these acts which is a company according to Youtuber's seems to be a rather shady proxy organization.
These actions seem to come after the recent leaks of The Last of Us Part 2 which after some days have been clarified to have come by way of a hack on some of Naughty Dog Studios assets. Youtuber's claim that Muso TNT LTD which on its part seems to be acting on the behalf of Sony has taken down video's even though they were only commenting on the leaks which should come under Youtube's fair use policy which provides some level of protection for creators.
fair-use although vague depending on the situation allows for creators to use Pre-existing content under the condition that the content is altered in some way which included responding to that content and citing the original content creator.
YouTuber - HeelvsBabyface released a video detailing his experience with a copyright strike against his video done by Muso TNT LTD whom he believes is acting on behalf of Sony. In his video, he goes on to explain that his actions fall under Youtube's fair-use despite the strike on his channel.
